Iran has warned Israel to end its war in Gaza, or face chaos and political turbulence across the Middle East.

Israel has declared war against Hamas, a Palestinian independence militia based in Hamas.

What started the war?

The foundation of the Israeli state in 1948 and the subsequent apartheid and cleansing of Palestinians from their ancestral homeland has been a source of constant tension and violence between the two groups.

On October 7, Hamas began an incursion against Israel.

Hamas fired rockets towards Israel and approximately 1,000 people crossed the militarized border that Israel uses to control the Gaza Strip. Approximately 1,400 Israelis have died since the start of the attack.

More than 10,000 Palestinians have since died in Gaza due to Israel’s response to the October 7 attack, according to Hamas’ health ministry.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian warned Israel about the stability of the Middle East falling apart. .

He also partly blamed the United States for their sending of military, financial, and resource aid towards Israel.

US troops have also used several Iraqi bases to help support Israel with their resources.

“I warn the US and it’s proxy Israel that if they do not immediately stop the crime against humanity and genocide in Gaza,” He said at a news conference in Tehran.

“Anything is possible at any moment and the region will go out of control”

He called the imagined outcome “severe” and “bitter”.

Hours later, the Israeli Prime Minister said to his military troops that the war against Gaza would be a “do or die” battle.

Many top US officials are also warning that the war could spread to neighboring countries if the war crimes in Gaza continue to grow.

On October 22, 2023, Benjamin Ntanyahu, prime minister of Israel, paid a visit to the troops in Northern Israel, located near the border with Lebanon.

Mr. Netanyahu said “We’re in a battle for our lives. A battle for our home, this is not an exaggeration, this is the war. It’s do or die - they need to die.” to the troops.

He also told Hezbollah not to enter the conflict, stating that “Hezbollah will be making the biggest mistake of their lives. And we will hit them with an unimaginable force. It will mean devastation for them and the state of Lebanon.”

Hezbollah has declared that they are ready to fight against Israel and support Hamas.

According to Israeli military reports, 27 people have been killed in Southern Lebanon during some of the fire exchanges between Israel and Hamas.

5 Israeli soldiers and one civilian have been killed in Israel. The 21 other people were killed by Israeli forces around the South Lebanon border.

Israel has set multiple evacuation signals for the northern communities to evacuate, adding 14 more on October 22.

Israel’s missiles have further targeted Syria’s Damascus and Aleppo international airports on early October 22, killing at least 2 workers.

Both airports are not operational due to the damages caused by the missile strikes.

Israel claims to be targeting another country, not Gaza, to stop Iranian supplies reaching Syria.

Their justification for the attacks is the Iranian support of Hezbollah.

Both airports are unfortunately not in use for a long time because of the missile’s damage to it.

It is known to be that Israel hit the airports on purpose to stop Iranian’s supplies to Syria.

The strikes are thought to be connected to Hezbollah, a militant group based in Lebanon and backed by Iran.

They've been threatening to launch attacks on the north of Israel, which shares borders with both Lebanon and Syria.
